Who says you can’t teach a new dog new tricks? Nobody, as it turns out. Even though it debuted the collection barely six months ago, Patek Philippe has already taken the opportunity to expand its controversial Cubitus line, adding two new references in a reduced size. Announced at Watches & Wonders 2025, the new Cubtius top fake watches are — aside from a new diameter — largely the same as the introductory models from last October, using the same dials, bracelets, movements, and even featuring the same thickness. Encountered up close, they’re impressive watches despite their limited variety (you can have any color you like, as long as it’s blue or gold) and while they’re among Patek’s least imaginative releases of the year, they perhaps represent what the Cubitus ought to have originally been in terms of size. Heralded as a “medium” sized model, the 40mm UK perfect replica Patek Philippe Cubitus 7128/1G-001 and 7128/1R-001 watches promise to be a fair sight more popular than their 45mm predecessors.
The signature aspect of the Cubitus is its case geometry. Squarish and angular, the original models caught a lot of flak from fans frustrated by Patek’s “replacement” of the Nautilus. The new Cubitus cases might be more wearable at 40mm, but they remain uninspired with too many planar surfaces around the crystal and a profile that seems overly blocky compared to the endearing “squircle” shape of the Nautilus. But it’s not all bad. The integrated bracelet is impeccably finished and comfortable, closed with a butterfly clasp emblazoned with Patek’s logo, and the case’s thickness, measured at 8.5mm, helps it wear close to the wrist. But once again, Patek has signaled it’s disinterested in the steel sports watch genre, opting instead to focus on precious metals. The new Cubitus high quality fake watches are available in white gold or rose gold, meaning steel purists will need to continue their vigil if they want anything other than a 45mm green dial three-hander.

Everything else from the 3 o’clock date window to the shape of the hands and markers is the same, as is the horizontal pattern, which is another “smoking gun” clue that the Cubitus and Nautilus are not so far removed from one another as Thierry Stern would have us think. Viewed from the back, the manufacture Caliber 26-330 S C movement is quite lovely thanks to a highly-decorated counterweight and plated text engravings on the main bridges. Despite a suspiciously weak power reserve of just 45 hours maximum, the top replica watches like this is unlikely to be a daily wear for many folks anyway, rendering its endurance somewhat irrelevant. What’s most important about the new Cubitus references from Patek Philippe is what they represent. First, they are a step in the right direction in terms of casing. If you squint really hard at the blue dial version, you can sort of see a 40mm steel Nautilus peeking through. Especially in a time when watch buying — and with it, watch selling — is becoming increasingly uncertain (at least stateside), 1:1 wholesale fake Patek Philippe watches would do well to give the people what they want: steel sports watches. Secondly (and somewhat contradictory) is that the Cubitus in any size is unlikely to be an end-goal watch for most buyers. Just as Rolex’s Land-Dweller is likely to be a stepping-stone for buyers chasing “grail” models like steel Submariners and Daytonas, the Cubitus is a gateway to other pieces in Patek’s collection. Understood in those terms, some of its derivation suddenly becomes a little more forgivable.
